Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage 5-7 business days after payment is processed. Multiple orders to the same name and address will be combined and the excess shipping fees will be refunded. If you need faster shipping, please reach out and I will try my best to accommodate you!

Individual Item Variation

Many products are made using natural materials such as flowers and stones that are not identical in appearance. Every attempt will be made to match pairs as closely as possible, but there will likely still be differences between items of the same style. When possible, there will be options to select the exact items in each listing. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out according to the process described in the Return Policy above.

Repair Policy

I stand by the products I make and want to ensure you will be able to enjoy them for a long time! If any item you have purchased from my shop breaks within a year of purchase, please reach out via email. I will repair the item for free if possible, or offer a reasonable store discount if materials to repair the item are no longer available. Customer pays shipping to Vividust Designs for repair, but the return shipping will be free.
